The first and most important is your readiness.Are you really ready or you are doing it just to please your man?When you are both ready,it'll be more memorable and enjoyable.Secondly,self confidence.You need to chase away fears that something will go wrong as you'll end up being tense.You also need to relax and not think you are acting out a script.Don't ever think there's a rule book for sex.You have to follow your insticts and go with the flow.If you are a virgin you'll need to be more careful as it may prove a bit uncomfortable at 1st.If you are not you still need take it slow and not rush as though you are in a competition.Lot's of foreplay necessary and don't try sophiscated stuff you see in movies or on da net.Keep it simple for starters.It's easier to imagine most sex moves then to actually do it until you get used to your partner's body.So relax and go with the flow.
