Sorry, OP I don't think there is a "good" way to give a person an anonymous compliment without the chance of it being perceived as creepy... or stalker-ish.
And honestly, what would the point BE in making it anonymous? Wouldn't you WANT her to know the person behind the compliment?
What is your motivation for NOT telling her in person, Or in a manner where she can respond to it?
