 There are products on the market here in the states such as an ointment called "Prolong" which is applied topically to the penis causing a slight de-sensitizing.
There are other products commercially available over the counter which are used as topical pain killers for minor cuts and abrasions which contain one or two percent benzocain.
The de-sensitizing action does not cause complete numbness but will reduce sensation enough for you to take control of your climax and have your orgasm when you are ready to.
