My problem is that I feel absolutely sick in the morning if I have to eat something. Well I mean early in the morning since if I were to eat I'd be eating at like 6 in the morn which I can't do. I've tried forcing food down and it works but it takes a lot of time. I am a healthy weight and shape and all but still. I really just want to be able to eat in the morning. I am 5 4", 125 lbs, and yeah. I know that's healthy but I do do situps before I go to bed and I see results. And does anyone know I good way to get rid of lovehandles because I have small ones lol. If you cant eat in the morning try smoothies there full of natural goodness and its good for you and can make you feel full, skipping meals causes you to gain weight as your body goes into starvation mode as it doesnt know when it will next eat, try a smoothies instead of food you will feel full and get all the goodness and give you some energy too.
