I got a rowing machine, and I go on it everyday, I also go for walks, but I don't seem to lose weight at all, maybe even put some on. With the exercise program I burn around 500 cal,a day. I'm very frustrated, because it was huge effort with no results.I don't eat less, but I thought the exercise will start up something. Also I don't eat a lot, there are days when I don't have a good diet, but no weightloss at all after all this workout? Is there any good advice how can I get some real results?

Oh, sorry, I forgot to add that with exercises, (1) cardio burns calories (and loses fat and water - so you need rehydration quickly during and after the exercises) and (2) weights build muscles. That's why you never see cyclists (athletes) have fats and they are all muscles.
Some yogas have both effects (e.g. pilates) gradually over time, but the result is amazing! Swimming is another excellent way of burning calories without having to "sweat" lol and it does not put a strain on your back/spine as your weight is spread evenly in the water.
Keep healthy!

As the other person said, you are probably building muscle.
But also, if you are not eating a lot then your body probably thinks it's starving and is clinging to every gram of fat it has so you can stay alive a bit longer.
Try eating more, but eating more healthy stuff, drinking more water etc. Your body needs to know it has food coming and more tomorrow so eat regularly. As long as there is stuff passing through your system it will be happy. Have a look at what you are eating and cut out the high calorie and high fat stuff.
You don't say how much you want to lose or how long you've been doing this diet either.
If you are at a healthy weight already then it will be hard to lose much more as it's all muscle and bone.
Good Luck!! xx

First of all, if you have access to a nutritionist in your area, you may need to consult them for the best well balanced diet plan that is specifically tailored for you. A good nutritionist/dietician is always happy to provide consultations to health concsious clients/patients.
Secondly, check out your BMI and BMR on your age group. Your metabolism rate and hormonal level is not the same as teenagers who can eat as much as they want and not gain weight.
These links may give you a head start before your visit to the nutritionist:

also, losing weight isn't an automatic process. you need to burn 3000 calories to lose a pound, and you need to take into consideration food intake.
if you do the same exercise each time, switch it up. your body gets used to doing the same thing and gets into a rhythm. you won't burn as much if you row every day, than if u run some days, power walk others, row, bike, swim... switch it up.
