Simply talk to him. Be yourself if he likes you he do if he don't he don't. Girl you just met him anyways so its not that serious. The worst you can hear is no. Don't be afraid of rejection, if you want something go after it.

Try these:
"Hey, can I get your phone number?"
"You wanna grab a coffee/show sometime?"
"What are you doing this weekend?" "No plans? Want to hang out/get a drink/see a movie?"
The worst thing that happens is that he says he's not interested, which is where you are right now. The best case is he's says he's interested. So you can lose nothing by asking him and gain everything with just a little risk.
Remember, you just have to pretend to be confident while you ask him, after wards you can cry in the bathroom if you feel so inclined ;)
