writes:I started dating a girl i work with about 4 months ago, over the time of the relationship i got very jealous and paranoid as she is polish and when she spoke to other men or her friends in polish i got worried what she was saying. She always told me after but how was i to know if it was true? Anyway when we had a silly argument i would say to go with her mate or my friend who she was interested in. This would lead to another argument but finally a kiss and make up.New years eve i got very drunk and all this repeated again after i promised not to do it and we split up. We always said that we will be good friends if we split as we work next to eachother and that is what we have done. We still have good fun together, laughing and even hanging out sometimes but this feels weird for me as i love her with all my heart and wish i never done it. It is getting easier to understand her but how can i get her back? she likes me but not love and we are going on holiday in march together what can i do? she is one in a million!!!I was her first partner she is 27 and im 21.

You could just carry on as y ou are doing and having fun at work etc. Then maybe you could get close again when you go on holiday in March.
