 If I understand correctly, this woman is hot, and you feel attracted to her, so you want to find a way to talk to her and have sex. Do you know if she wants to have sex with you? I would speculate that she doesn't, since you and her are not even talking. I guess that settles the matter: you can't have sex with her.
I know life is life, and sometimes people talk to people so they can go to bed together, but I get the feeling that this is something like "Hey, I like that woman; I'm gonna sleep with her, even if she hasn't even noticed me".
