He's really nice and all that, but the only thing is that he keeps saying 'I love you', and not just in the friend way. He really thinks that he loves me.Now, I'm not the type of person who says I love you quickly, I actually like to mean it before I say it, so can anyway give me any tips on what to say to him when he next says it to me? Cos I don't want to hurt him or embarrass him, but I can't just keep on smiling and saying thank you, can I? I know it sems trivial but if you could give us a hint it would really help. Thanks

tell him you love him once and see if you really feel it when you say it.
if you don't then don't say it again, or qualify it: "i love spending time with you too," or "i love you too, but i'm just not in love with you--yet!"
