 I think it'll be better for you in the long run if you let him come to you. Try being patient for a while if you can.

I myself have never had good luck when I tell a boy that I like him first, so my advice would be to let him come to you. If he likes you, he'll let you know. You should also be careful that he's not a player and just stringing you along, I just had a situation like that and it wasn't fun.
You could try flirting more to let him know how you feel, and hopefully he will make the first move!
