Although we both had worries, we just made sure to take appropriate measures- he wore a condom, and everything turned out terrific. As long as you are educated and smart about it, the chances of your contraception failing should be low. And as for the emotional side of it, all you need to do is make sure that everything feels right. Make sure you really love and care about this guy. And if you do, no matter what happens in the future, you will feel good about your choice.
