I tend to find myself lending my bf cash here and there and it becomes frustrating a week or more later there is no mention of him paying me back. Usually because he has totally forgotten!
Casually mention it to him, say you have a bill to pay etc and need the money to pay it and ask him to ask his sister.
Try not to make a big deal of it but be firm that you need your money back!
Hope it works!

I don't understand why she couldn't go to the shop and buy her own makeup? That's like sending him to buy tampons.
Well your impatience cost you, since he has said nothing about the $ then I would ask him about it. Also, do note that you shouldn't lend out money you don't really have, or to someone who isn't responsible enough to pay you back. You just might be out 26 pounds.

Just ask him if it is possible for his sister to pay you back anytime soon, you do not mean to pester him about it but you are in need of the money. It is simple, he should not get upset about it.
I hope that helps.
