Age doesnt matter, but it is making me even more shy than I usually am to someone I am crushing on! I don't know how to act to an older guy! I want to talk to him, but about what? I have social anxiety disorder and just started taking Paxil, so I am opening up a little but not alot.Anyways, my question is... How or what should I talk to him about?! I really get the feeling he likes me, and that he is shy as well!

Ask him what he is up to at the weekend, or what he did at the weekend. Is he going on holiday this year? What did he do before he got this job? Are you enjoying it here?.
As you are talking to him throw in a couple of flirtatious gestures like direct eye contact, point you body, or feet in his direction, or touch his hand when taking something, and smile at him.
hope this helps you x
