I know my 35 year old bf, I don't know his masturbation habits but in terms of his sex drive and desire for sex, he says he could have sex 3 or 4 times a day. But he is way older than you. So I would assume your sex drive is even higher since you are younger. So I would take it that you would get the urge like 5 or 6 times a day (or more). I don't know if urge for sex is comparable to masurbation but they both reach the same end.

Yeah there is no set number. As long as it isn't an obsession that prevents you from living a normal life.If you find yourself ditching out on other activities to go masturbate, then perhaps you have gone too far.

 As the other posters said, the number depends on you. It's "unusual", rather than "normal", if you prefer masturbation to real sex with a partner.
