I am medium height and medium build and when I lost 2 stone this year, I dropped 2 dress sizes and went down from a 38E bra to a 36 DD bra but a friend of mine who is a size 8-10 dropped nearly 3 bra sizes just by losing just over a stone and dropping one dress size.

It depends on a lot of factors. People lose and put on weight on different parts of their bodies, so some people will drop a cup size whenever they lose a few pounds, wheras others will slim down over their entire body but still have the same boobs. It also depends on how big you are to begin with. It would only take a small amount of weight loss to drop from, say, a 32B to a 32A, but it would probably take a lot more to drop from a 38DD to a 38D.If you are pear shaped, then the chances are, you will always have large hips but your bust size will change whenever your weight changes, but if you are more top heavy then it might be the other way round. As for clothes sizes, they always seem to be in even numbers. Size 8 is one size smaller than size 10.
