We get along great, never a dull moment between us, and i think she is at least attracted to me, if not more. But here's the thing she just broke up(2 weeks ago) with her boyfriend of a year and i was wondering how much time sould i give her? She doesn't seem upset by the breakup, actually she seems to be happier now. And should i even bother b/c i've been through the whole ex-boyfriend thing and it wasn't fun. I just dont know what to do.

Well, if she seems happy enough, I'd say go for it now - but keep things low-key just in case she's hiding some sadness. Why not arrange a works night out, so you can all have some fun together? By making it a group thing, you won't be pressuring her for a date, and you'll have a chance to develop an even closer friendship before you move things to the next level. This will also give you time to assess the situation and make sure she's not rebounding.
