You can get fertility monitors from most chemists.
They aren't expensive and they can tell you what day of the month it's best to have sex on.
Also you should both get to a doctor and get checked out there.
Plus eat healthily, don't smoke, don't drink so much, all the usual stuff. Put fertility into google and there will be a MILLION tips out there.
Ooh, you should make sure you are taking folic acid as that is vital for mums to be apparently.
