I mean it probably depends also on what your thinking about at the time. If my girlfriend is thinking sexy thoughts then It won't take as long as it did one time when all she could think about were completly un-sexy thoughts (she was thinking about how bouncy the bed was....or at least that's what she said!) so I don't think that there is an exact answer I can give you but anything from under a minute to almot or over an hour is usually considered 'the norm'
