 Whenever you feel ready , -when you can put at least some of your heart on it.
Don't feel like you have to start rebounding like crazy, just to keep up with your ex ; you would waste your time, and the girls' time, and probbaly create neddless animosity.
You certainly need to move on, and not get stuck brooding about the past, but it does not have to be today- give yourself time to elaborate your loss .In the meantime, distract yourself, see your friends, devote plenty of time to things you like, or discover new ones- and as soon as you fell a bit less " raw " , you can start putting feelers out.
