 If I understand you correctly, you're masturbating for a long time. Each time you are close to the point of orgasm, you stop doing it, so you can continue to masturbate. The problem is NOT that you're unable to ejaculate before an hour. The problem is that you would like to continue masturbating indefinitely, but you're concerned whether this practice will do you some harm in the end. I'm not sure. I do know for a fact that it will not feel nice after a while.
