I believe that love for your bf/gf is the same unconditional feeling of love you would feel for a family member, only in a different form. Also, if you look into the future (with a genuine approach) and see yourself growing with that special person, without feeling any sort of anxiety or doubt, then I could honestly say that's true love!

Now THAT is the question isnt it. If you ask around the answers will very and then they will change and then change again. When I fell in love the first time it was gradual, I noticed little things about this wonderfull person untill finaly I was enthralled, and with my wife (after a lengthy recovery) it was at eye contact. I am not going to tell you much more than that, if your asking take your time kiddo, being in a hurry is playing with fire and you'll be making your own lengthy recovery, you have plenty of time just try to take it all in, and be honest with this pasionate, obviously young male thrall of yours. he may be playing games. at your age thats exactly the game I was playing, the love thing after you fall turns into how long will it last, and that is like the meaning of life, you get that one it'll be front page news. just live kiddo, best advise anyone can give.

That's impossible to answer. Some people talk of love at first sight but to be honest I don't believe in that. I think that at the start of a relationship it's all about the physical attraction and the excitement of a new relationship. It takes time for the love to come along, and usually longer for the guy but.... that's just my opinion. I'm sure everyone on this site will give you a different one. It's up to you to make up your own mind in time.

Sweetie, how long is a piece of string?
Some people believe in love at frist sight. Others in something that grows over time. It can happen in a flash or as a slow realisation.
I think what I am trying to say is there in no one answer.
