Did you take your pill more than 3 hours before you were sick? Because it's normally about 3 hours. Although I'd use a condom as well for the next week just to be on the safe side. Also if you should have started the pack that night but didn't until the next morning, then if your pill was more than 12 hours late then there is a teeny weeny chance of pregnancy (although highly unlikely as you'd just finished your period.)

I'm not sure about all pills but I do know mine has to be in my system at least 2 hours, after that is fine, there should be information in your leaflet within your pack that tells you how long your pill has to be in your system but I would still go about getting the morning after pill for the fact you missed your pill on the Sunday night and it wasn't then taken within the 12 hours therefore theres a good chance you wasn't and are now not protected for 7-14 days depending on the pill you use.
