From a personal experience..not long..if you're comfortable with this person I'd tell them to have a bit of 'alone time' if you know what I mean..a good amount of times..even if you made it out to be a joke like.."ohh you won't last very long after it being so long, you might have to spend some alone time first haha ;)" even if they say "no, i'll be fine i'm sure"..the idea is then placed in their head already..and because you suggested it..they'll do it..trust me!
