They are just going to have you pee in a cup, wait in a room on a cold table, take your pulse, blood preasure, see how tall you are and how much you wiegh. They test your pee in seconds they will be able to tell you. Then they will spend about a half hour going over your options with you about keeping it or not and what to do. You have to sing a bunch of paper work if you are. It's just like a regular check up I strongly suggest bringing your partner with you so when it's confirmed he will hear it from the doctor. If you are pregnant then you have to schedule the more fightening doctors apointments blood work to see if your baby will be disabled, the ultra sounds, birthing classes, they will also go over what you can and can't eat and what you can and cant do.

With all of my pregnancies they tested me there and were able to confirm it in less than 10 mins.
Congratulations to you exciting times are ahead.
