Find things you share in common, I'd say. Accept that the Type A likes to go to bed early and rise early and then learn to compromise (both of you).
Which means at times YOU will do something you might not want to do (let's say, try swing dancing) and your partner will at times "have" to do things you enjoy, like gardening or some other almost solitary thing.
And you will BOTH have to accept that there will be times YOU don't want to do what your partner does, so the partner goes with a friend, family member and you stay home. Or whatever.
I don't think it's as simple as type A and type B. YOU are an individual and SO is he.
