reader, anonymous, writes (23 February 2010): Okay Chica..here's the deal. I'm in high school just like you and I've got one tip--NEVER PLAY HARD TO GET. Oh my goodness it is possibly the worst thing you can ever do! I've done that my entire life with guys and played hard to get, but that's probably why I have never had a boyfriend...all the guys who've liked me just back away cuz I play the "dont touch me" or the "mean" card.
Advice: Just be yourself..It may sound dumb and corny, but it works.
