A female United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

How do you learn to be content with yourself and not fear being alone? How do you learn to accept that you may or may not find someone to spend your life with, or your current relationship may not work out, as much as you want it to? How do you learn accept and be happy with the prospect of sleeping alone for the rest of your life? How do you learn to make your life entirely about you, and not about finding love?

I too feel this way, so i'm just gonna take everything in my stride and think about looking after number 1 for now. People alway say to me "when your not expecting to find love, it'll come along and sweep you clean off the floor", so how bad can it be to give that ago. Good luck!
