what do you do when you tell him you love him all of the time, you take care of him and he gets mad because you want him to tell you back and to show you more affection and attention.
I used to feel really loved but now I am wondering if he really loves me or if he's just using me because he has no where else to go and he's only putting up with me until he can do better. Just wish I felt loved and special all of the time, not when he is trapped into saying or showing it

Yes you shouldnt have doubts or ask questions of being loved if you are loved!
Trust your gut instincts !

basically however if you have to ask then you probably are not being loved properly.

you feel wanted, not neglected . the other person wants to spend time with you.
its always good if the other person tells you that they love you.
love is the other person giving, not taking. giving is caring, and sharing , taking is selfish, and self centered.
and to know you are really loved in a relationship you must love back, not be selfish, tell the other person you love them, be giving, make them not feel neglected.
