 Leave Him. Find someone you can trust because this guy sounds like a complete unreliable person to me and you are the one who deserves better.

 To put it bluntly you can not trust someone who can't be trusted, and neither should you want to. Why do you want to be with someone who keeps betraying your trust,who keeps lying to you, says he won't do it again, then does it the next day. You can not make him tell the truth, the more you tell him the more he is going to lie to you. Personally if i was you i would be inclined to leave this guy and find someone who you can rely on, and who does not lie to you.
