writes:hi dear cupid people. i am a 15 year old guy and have known i am gay for the last couple of years. i have had this one boyfriend for the past year. he is about my age and goes to school with me. we are not out at all, but we are very comfortable with each other and our relationship in private. we have done things with each other up to and including oral sex. i am wondering about intercourse. i would like to do this sometime. i am not being pressured at all, but i know he would like it too. should i wait longer even if i know he is the one i want? i love him very much. thanks for any advice you can give.

I am a gay 18 year old male and I didn't have any sexual encounters really until I just turned 17 and I don't feel like it deprived me of anything having been somewhat early but basically you should just do it when you think you are ready, there isn't really a set age where all of the sudden you can do it. But the later the better, honestly because then you're less likely to have regrets if you have waited

First off intercourse is illegal in the United States until at least 16. I would suggest holding off until then because you can get in some serious trouble from it and if you were to get in trouble I'm sure lots of people would find out.
Secondly remember that sex is meant to be enjoyable and that if you don't feel old enough for it then you won't find in enjoyable. You have to decide for yourself when you feel ready to do this.

If you real want to do it just ask him and if he says yes then go for it but make sure to use a condom and plenty of water based lube. Don't use oil base with a condom.
