It seems to me like all relationships around just wear off, no matter how badly this people wanted them or fought for them.

I don't want that for me, but it seems that's just the way it goes. Is that so? Are there any people out there who can keep the spark alive for many years.

If you tell me something like communication, trust and respect, I'd love it if you could give me examples of how it works in the practise (maybe situations you've been in).

Thank you, I'll apreciate all your ideas and don't worry about being too explicit, I need all the help possible here.
