But since you asked for the signs:
1.He checks your mobile when you leave it on at the desk.
2.He listens to your calls when you are talking
3.He hacks your password and checks your mails
4.He has a funny look on his face when he looks at you as if he is judging you
Its hell to live with a guy who does not trust you.But sometimes its due to the fact that he was sexually or emotionally abused as a child.Trust has to be earned.If you do not trust a person,you do not love a person.
