kenny agony auntLIke Vixxy says you need to pop down to your local gym and sort out a training session. Also at your PE department at school, im sure they will have some ideas and tips for you.

I think you are to young really to be thinking about using weights to tone yourself up as your body has not yet finished growing, so probably things like running, swimming, will probably be best for now. When you reach 16/17 you can start thinking about hitting the toning weights.

Take care & good luck x

Vixxy agony auntYour best to go to a gym and have a training session with them....Tell them what you want to work on and they'll give you the help and support you need and show you how to work out properly an use the equipment safely.

All you have to do is go to a gym and sign up...they give you an hours training an then it's up to you.....If you feel it's not right for you then dont go back. :o)

Worth a shot, right?
