 Ask her out on a date and get to know her. Then ask her how she feels about you. Just treat her with respect and she will probably respond to you.

 Invite her out for a drink and try to get to know her as friends. If she is shy take things slow.
Once you have been out a couple of times tell her that you like her and watch her reaction.
If she likes you she will give you eye contact and smile at you. Her body will face you most of the time and may act differently when you are close to her.
She may be waiting for you to make the move so do not waste time. Go for it if you really want to be with her.
