I don't see the relevance of who the mother and father are now married to. Makes absolutely no difference, except perhaps both parents are more open minded and tolerant towards things generally than, for example, a pair of staunch Catholics. So perhaps they'll be more open minded and accepting about these pregnancies.

how old are these twins? is it the same man or two men? how old are the men? because if the teens are 16 and the men over 21 it's going to be a sticky wicket...
how far along are they?
basically you need to tell the girls that they are old enough to have sex and get pregnant they are old enough to be responsible for their behavior and face the consequences of their behaviors.
do they want abortions or do they plan to raise these babies? what about the fathers? are they on board?
