I am 27 and my boyfriend is 20 we have been dating for 2 years and we are engaged. I really do not know how to tell my parents wihtout them going mad, I am not going to give the baby. Me and my boyfriend have talked about it and we are going to start saving to move out and buy stuff for the baby.Please help me, how can i break this news to my family.

reader, anonymous, writes (13 July 2010): sounds a bit more like you're closer to 17 than 27, so hmmmm. Just remember that you have been with your partner for two years and you are engaged, so i doubt your folks think things are PG rated. Just tell them ... maybe indivdiual or collectively, which ever one would be easiest for you. But the sooner you tell them the sooner they can get over the shock and be happy for you :)
