 You sound like your feelings for this guy are quite strong. Without knowing what sort of situation you two are in, whether you work together, or you go out in the same group of friends together, whatever. I suggest you flirt with him to make your feelings known, if the flirting is reciprocated then thats your green light to ask him out.
