 First things first dont tell her yo ulove her straight away as it mite scare her away, Ask her for her number and tell her you like her if she feels the same after a couple of weeks tell her you love her, but dont scare her away hun.

 I assume you are not actually dating yet. If you are not then dont tell her you love her - you will frighten her away! You need to get to know each other first. Can you ask her to meet you out of school to watch a movie or something and find out if she likes you too, then take it slowly from there. Good luck x
