How do I stop this "daddy complex"?

right im in a bit of a situation i seem to have developed a bit of a 'daddy complex' and i dont know how to stop it.

im 16 and to be honest i dont have the best relationship with my dad ( whihc i believe contributes to this ) but all the men i fancy are a lot older and normally authority figures to me. i fancied my teacher for like a year, that i can deal with, but then ive started getting crushes on other authority figures like docs , this doc is like 40, i really dont know how to stop this and its really getting to me i want to be able to have crushes on lads my own age and to sotp having crushes on inappropiate people. please i really need your help on how to stop this 'daddy complex'

k_c100 agony auntCounselling and repairing your relationship with your father are the only ways to stop this. There are plenty of free therpay/counselling services for teenagers & young adults in the UK, have a search on the internet or see your GP who will be able to point you in the right direction.
