 I agree with the other Aunts...no contact with this man, ever. He's not worth your time or attention.
A man who had no respect for you, doesn't deserve your time or attention. You stop yourself by realizing that he doesn't love or respect you. Don't lower your standards and allow him to use you. You're better than that and there'a guy out there who will love and respect you. Never settle for less.

Cut all contact. No meetings, no texts, no emails, no facebook. Get rid of photos, letters. Everything. Then look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself whether you want to mean nothing to a cheating man, or something to a nice guy.

 dont listen to his excuses and his apologises if he loved you he wouldnt have cheated in the first place you deserve someone who is going to treat you with respect if he has done it once he could do it again and yourl be back in the same situation try and move on forget about him and find someone that is going to treat you with the respect you deserve good luck
