writes: Hi sometimes I just keep comparing myself to others, I think I'm not popular enough, i don't have as much friends as they do etc. I'm trying to think positively, but I always find myself comparing myself, and its hard to stop. This is difficult and is to do with your personality type. Often very insecure people have a need to *people-please* and this is just a form of that. If you sit back and look at the situations in which you do this and figure out what triggers it off then you may have a chance of working thru it.

Just do whatever you want to do, and live a carefree lifestyle. When people see that you dont care what others think they will think your cool and come to you. so just be free
