Hi there. It might be wise to try to be friends first, then over time see if you build some kind of rapport with them.
You still have to get to know each other fairly well first, before you decide whether you want to take it a step further.
Perhaps you are jumping the gun by expecting every person you speak on the net with to instantly become a full-on relationship.
It doesn't work that way. It does take time, just like any relationship where you do meet face to face while you are out socializing.
You can't rush it, you have to give it some time.
If you want to take the path of internet match making, you need to take it very slowly. It could take a few weeks before you strike upon someone you are compatible with.
