writes:My wife and I have been married 2 years and she is Filipino. Ever since we got together she wants to be together all the time. Sometimes I just want to go and do things with the guys. She tells me she wants me to do things with my friends but when I tell her I'm going golfing or to play basketball she tells me that I don't want to be with her and gets upset.  How did you meet your wife? Did she have a relationship in the past that caused her to think that when men go out on their own, they were up to all sorts of mischief? Could this be the reason that she was "insecure" and always wants to tag along with you? Or perhaps, it is something in your past that she is wary about?
Like ArmyMedic said, you need to sit down and talk to her. Find out why she always want to tag along with you. If she is in a new country/State, maybe she is not confident enough to make friends on her own?
