How do I relax more? How do I let my guard down and let my inhibitions go? I want to be more carefree in bed and on the dance floor!! I can't seem to let go enough to be relaxed and truly get in the mood. Advice please!!

Perhaps a more romantic mood, but also a challenge when you are truly stressed. Your lover must be a charm at providing a comfortable and very satisfying sexual experience, which may be challenging for a young man as well. My solution for decades, as an older man now, was mastering (to the best of my ability) the art of cunnilingus. I have never met a woman who could not be so pleased. May I stress the word "art" - it is something that simply requires a lot of practice, sensitivity and understanding regarding female pleasure . . . have your guy read in the above archives: "Double M on cunnilingus." Also "Double M on clitoris," "Double M on G-spot" and similar topics.
