If this is serious, and I still doubt it, go to a doctor. But first make sure you're not blowing this out of proportion.

If it is, my recommendation is that you don't go to the hospital. The people there will laugh so much that your penis might just hide, like a turtle in her shell, and never come out again.
I have an idea how it happened. It just died!
This reminds me of a joke. A man goes to the doctor (maybe you, poster?) and asks him to check his penis. The doctor says "I don't find anything wrong with your penis". And the patient goes "See! That's what I keep telling my wife!"
