How do I reconcile things?

Question - (5 January 2011) 1 Answers - (Newest, 5 January 2011)
A male United States, anonymous writes:

I got into a fight with my girlfriend of 2 years a couple of days ago. Right after our anniversary. After our argument I got into my car and left. (one of the things we argued about). I came back and she didn't want to talk to me anymore and said that I should go home. I did and today I got back from errands and on my doorstep was her key to my house.

I think I really f-ed up but is there anything that I can say or do to try and reconcile this?

missyfit agony auntYou always have something to say or do to reconcile things.

Try to talk to her and explain to her why you left(that was your bad).

Honestly, I wouldn't like it if my boyfriend just left without saying a word...

Try to give her some time to chill first and then you talk to her.

You can say what you just said "I think i really f-ed up..." and apologize.

Sometimes girls just need to hear it from their guys what they really feel and hopefully she would understand.

But if she doesn't, just give her time.

It's your fault afterall..

but remember, there's always a reason for everything.

Good luck.
