Hi Hunny
I think my friend country woman is right you need to find out why you have been loosing the weight first and make sure its not a medical reason...I have had the same problem and its taken me 2yrs to put on a stone..You can buy build up drinks that you mix with milk they have all the essential vitamins you need plus if you eat your normal meals a day breakfast being the most important then you should notice a difference within a month or so..First of all make sure its not a med problem get a check up and then go for building yourself up, If you cant eat big meals you can which I found better eat 5 small meals a day and snack on healthy foods inbetween. I hope this has helped TAKE CARE WITH LOVE MANDY XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

I think you need to try to find out why you are losing weight and perhaps this could be solved with a simple blood test from your doctor, you could have a thyroid problem or something else could be going on.
I am assuming you are eating a healthy diet?
I would get advice first off from your doctor and if there is a female doctor at your surgery perhaps you would feel much more comfortable talking to her instead of perhaps a male doctor, it could be related to any number of things but if it is a gyni problem then a female doctor would possibly talk to you whilst understanding your worries or concerns.
I am not saying that male doctors are bad but if you are worried in any way perhaps a female would be better in this instance.
Are your worrying about anything right now as weight can reduce rapidly with something that is constantly on your mind, like exams, bf problems, a sick relative anything like that?
Keep us posted OK and first of all stop worrying and get pro-active in trying to find out the cause of the weight loss then address any issues that may come out of any tests you may have. Don't stress until you know there is something to stress about OK.
Take care sweetheart and keep smiling but do go to your GP asap OK.
