 Try sending her a message asking her if she would meet up again sometime soon, also telling her that you really enjoyed the last time and would be nice to do it again.

 Hello there.
Since you both keep contact through txting, how about sending her a message like "would you like to get dinner sometime together?"
or "could I take you out sometime?"
From there, perhaps you can figure out if she is interested, but asking if you can take her out (maybe suggest a date?) is a definate way to see if she likes you
