i've been with my boyfriend for a year and a half and we have an amazing sex life but even he mastubates at least once a day and to be honest so do i, it is perfectly natural and all men AND women do it whether they are single, in a relationship or married. also mastubation is not bad for you're health it actually releases good endorphins that can actuaqlly be good for you're health the most you're gona do from too much mastubation is get a sore hand and a bit of a rash from too much friction lol :)

Several of my boyfriends have copped to it when they weren't dating or having sex regularly; they say it helps them sleep, relieves stress, and they find it necessary to release sexual tension.
Nothing wrong with it, nothing to be ashamed of, and it won't harm you. Some research even suggests it's got health benefits. Better you do it yourself, then have wet dreams at the ago of 20.

Masturbation is healthy and normal. You have normal, regular sexual urges. You're young and have a sex drive, and you're a man lol. It's normal. Masturbation becomes a problem when you're doing it all the time, and it interferes with your personal relationships, work, etc just like So Very Confused said. Once a day is not bad at all, I wouldnt worry about it. :)

You need to distract yourself and keep busy.
However, masturbation is not harmful at all, it's a normal and healthy bodily function.

Try putting that into Google together with the quotes and you'll find 19,200 hits. It's fantasy and it's normal. Don't beat yourself up over it.

well first of all daily masturbation will not harm you as long as you are not excluding other parts of your life like, exercise, work, school, friends and eating....it's part of a balanced life.
if you want to stop it, then just don't do it... personally I see nothing wrong with it.
