Hey there
I think we have all once had love thats unrequited but sweetie i'm sorry to say you have to just get on with life as normal treat this guy like he's your brother then hopefully the feelings will subside but i know it hurts to try and get over someone you really had true feelings for but you will, its an old saying but very true, time actually does heel and you will get over this so its just a case of sucking those feelings back in and saving them for mr right.
hope my advice helps you a little.... Good Luck! and remember if you ever need anyone to talk to or just some more advice, i'm always here for you... feel free to email me ok. Would love to hear from you again...

Unfortunately you can't 'make' the butterflies go. Not unless he does something ridiculous, silly and makes an ass of himself! If you try to see him as a regular guy, the feeling may dwindle. It may help if you put all energy and focus into trying very hard to not show feelings in front of him. If you try and relax and be yourself, you'll feel less conscious as the fact he knows, won't be making it easier. So if you try to pretend you don't like him (hard i know), then you may be able to create a different atmosphere when you're around him.
